Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Goa, Daman and Diu Suits Valuation Act, 1965Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 13 of 1965

(1) This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu Suits Valuation Act, 1965.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be notified for different provisions of the Act and for different areas.
