Section 10: Power to remove difficulties

The Goa, Daman and Diu Suits Valuation Act, 1965Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 13 of 1965

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, as occasion requires, do anything (not inconsistent with this Act) which appears to it to be necessary for removing the difficulty.
