Section 46: Validity of permission

The Goa,Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act 1974Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 21 of 1975

Every permission granted under this Act shall remain in force for a period of three years from the date of such permission:

Provided that the Planning and Development Authority may, on application made in this behalf before the expiry of the said period, extend such period, by such period or 18 The word “and” omitted by the Amendment Act 1 of 1988.

Provided further that the lapse of any such permission shall not bar any subsequent application for fresh permission under this Act.
