Section 12: Suspension or cancellation of licence

(1) The Wild Life Preservation Officer or any other Officer authorised by him in this behalf may, subject to any general or special orders of the Government of Goa, Daman and Diu, without giving any previous notice and without assigning any reasons, suspend or cancel any licence granted under this Chapter.

(2) Any person aggrieved by the suspension or cancellation of a licence under sub-section (1) may, within 15 days, appeal to the Government of Goa, Daman and Diu whose decision shall be final.
