The Government of Goa, Daman and Diu may, by notification in Official Gazette, declare the whole year or any part thereof to be a close time throughout Manual of Goa Laws (Vol. IV) Wild Animals and Wild Birds – 1206 – the whole or any part of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu for any kind of wild animal or bird or for female or immature wild animal or bird of such kind.
