Section 17: Director to decide the question of disqualification

If any question arises as to whether a person has become subject to any disqualification referred to in section 16, it shall be referred 66[in such manner as may be prescribed] to the Director 67[who shall decide the question within six months from the date of its receipt by him] and his decision thereon shall be final:

Provided that a person aggrieved by the decision of the Director may file a revision petition against such decision to the Administrative Tribunal within 68[30 days] from the date of such decision and the decision of the Administrative Tribunal in this behalf shall be final.
