If any person is guilty of any such corrupt practice as is specified in clause (5) of section 23 at Manual of Goa Laws (Vol. III) – 295 – Municipality Act or in connection with an election, he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees.
