Section 7: Municipal authorities charged with execution of the Act

The municipal authorities charged with carrying out the provisions of this Act for each municipal area are—

(a) the Council;

(b) the 31[Chairperson ];

(c) the Standing Committee;

(d) the Subjects Committees, if any; and

(e) the Chief Officer.
