Section 74: Power to make rules

Irrigation Rules 1975Union territory Rules of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · 1973

The Government may by notification and after previous publication make rules as to all or any of the following matters, namely:—

(1) the manner of framing and revising the Record of Rights;

(2) the proceedings of any Officer who, under the provisions of this Part, is required to take action in any matter; and

(3) generally to carry out the provisions of this part.
