4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] “Reliable and sound communication links viz e-mail id (available round the clock), telephone , fax etc. shall be established for exchange of data, information and operating instructions between the Licensee, Consumer with contract demand of 1 MW and above and the SLDC. Each distribution utility shall ensure installation and maintenance of proper communication infrastructure at the consumer’s end.”
