Section 3: Amendment of sedion 3

The Societies Registration (Goa, Daman and Diu First Amendment) Act, 1979Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 6 of 1979

in seotion 3 of the principal Am;-

(i) for the words "the Registrar shall certify", the words "the Inspector-General shall, subject to the provisions of section 3A, certify" shall be substituted;

(ii) forthe words "the Registrar for", the words "the Inspector-General for" sball be substituted.
