Section 2: Definitions

In these rules, unless the context otherwise, requires:-

(a) , Act' means the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993);

(b) 'rules' means Debts Recovery Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances and Other Conditions of Service of the Recovery Officer and other Officers and Employees) Rules, 1993;

(c) all other words and expressions used and not defined in these rules but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
