ESTATE: NEW DELHI-1 10002 Notification No. 09/2022-State Tax (Rate) Dated:17/11/2022 No. F.3 (30)/Fin.(Exp-1)/2022-23/DS-1/897 - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 54 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of this Government issued vide Notification No. 5/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 30" June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3
(15)/Fin(Rev-]/2017-1 8/DS-VI/371, dated the 30'" June, 2017 namely :- In the said notification, in clause (i), for the words and figure “serial
(i) in the opening paragraph, in the proviso, shall be substituted;
