Section 10: Quorum at Board’s meetings

The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998Union territory Act of Delhi · Act 7 of 1999

Five members shall constitute the quorum at a meeting of the Board.

Provided that, if a meeting is adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary for transacting the same business in he next meeting to be held in accordance with the rules.
