Section 105: Penalty for obstruction and failure to obey order under section 96

The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998Union territory Act of Delhi · Act 7 of 1999

Whoever obstructs any officer in carrying out the inspection of accounts or in holding an inquiry into the affairs, of a marketing committee or fails to obey any order with reference to any matter specified in section 96 shall be punishable with fine which may extent to two hundred rupees for every day during which the offence continues.
