Section 108: General provision of punishment of offence

The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998Union territory Act of Delhi · Act 7 of 1999

Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act or of any rule or bye-laws made there-under shall, if no other penalty is provided for such contravention elsewhere in this Act or in the rules of bye-laws, be punishable with fine which may extent to two thousand rupees.
