31R."<t.�,� DEPARTMENT OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT NOTIF1CATION Delhi, the 4th August, 2011 No. F. 13/17/2009/UD/MB/8391.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16 read with sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Delhi Finance Commission Act; 1994 (Delhi Act 10 of 1994), the Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Finance Commission for the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994, namely:- RULES
1. Short title and Commencement :-{i) These rules may be called the Delhi Finance Commission for the National Capital Territory ofDelhi(Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 20 I I.
(ii) They shall come i!JtO force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Rule 3 :-In the Finance Commission for the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Conditions of Service) Rule, 1994 in rule 3 in sub-rule (2) for the words "One thousand rupees per day or twelve thousand rupees per month", the words "two thousand rupees per day or twenty five thousand rupees per month" shall be substituted.
