Section 23: Protection of action taken in good faith

No suit, prosecution or other legal {3. proceeding shall tie against the Chairperson, members or officers perfommng fuhctions under this Act under the authority of the Conunission, for anything whichts done1n good faith or done or intended to be done under this Act.

24. Establishment of library and cells- The Government may establish a library, an information cell, a research cell and such other cells as may be rec'ommended by the Commission.
