Section 3: The Board shall consist of the following Members

the Delhi Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1971Union territory Rules of Delhi · 1970

(a) a Chairman to be appointed by the Lt. Governor;

(b) the Labour Commissioner;

(c) one person representing the Delhi Administration, to be appointed by the Lt. Governor from amongst his officials;

(d) four persons, two representing the employers and two representing contractors to whom the Act applies, to be appointed by the Lt: Governor, after consultation • -PART IV] DELHI GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 353 with such organisations, if any, from the employers and the contractors as may be recognised by the Lt.

Governor;

( e) four petisons, representing the employees of Contractors to whom the Act applies, to be appointed by the Lt. Governor after consultation with such organisations, if any, of the employees representing their interest as may be recognised by the Lt. Governor.
