Section 57: Washing Facilities

the Delhi Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1971Union territory Rules of Delhi · 1970

(1) In every establishment coming within the scope of the Act adequate and suitable facilities for wishing shall be provided and maintained for the use of contract labour employed therein.

(2) Separate and adequate screening facilities shall be provided for the use of male and female workers.

(3) Such facilities shall be conveniently accessible and shall be kept in clean and hygienic condition.
