And whereas, as per provision of clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 10 A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), land mentioned below is to be, acquired for aforesaid public purpose which shall be used for Infrastructure Project i.e construction of Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) which will treat the Waste Water Generated from the inhabitants of the Kakrola Village and adjoining areas;
And whereas, with reference to proviso of the said section, it is certified that the land proposed for acquisition is bare minimum land required for the above said purpose;
And whereas, the Additional District Magistrate, District (South West) is hereby appointed a5 Administrator under sub-section (1) of section 43 of the said Act for Rehabilitation and Resettlement of displaced persons due to acquisition of the said land;
Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act read with notification No. S.0 .2740 (E) dated the 21" October, 2014 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, it is.hereby notified that the land specified below is likely to be acquired fqr the 'above mentioned purpose, for information of all persons likely to be affected there by and notice is hereby given that any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of the said land in the locality, may withii160 days of the publication of the notification file an objection in writing before the Collector I _D.C. No. F.8/2/16f2015/L&B/I.A/l0643.-Whereas, it appears to the Appropriate Government cf DeL~i that land is likely to be acquired by the Government at the public expense for a public purpose namely for construction of Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP);
· And whereas, as per provision of clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 10 A of the Right to Fair Compensation and .:rransparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013}, land mentioned below is to be acquired for aforesaid public purpose which shall be us~:d for Infrastructure Project i.e construction of Waste Wafer Treatment Plant (WWTP) which will treat the Waste Water Generated from the inhabitants of the Tajpur Khurd Village and adjoining areas;
And whereas, with reference to proviso of the said section, it is certified that the land proposed for acquisition is bare minimum land required for the above said purpose;
And whereas, the Additional District Magistrate, District (South West} is hereby appointed as Administrator under sub-section (1) of section 43 of the said Act for Rehabilitation and Resettlement of displaced persons due to acquisition of the said land;
