Section 18: Repeal Ordinance 1 of 1994

The Delhi Finance Commission Act, 1994 (Act No. 10 of 1994)Union territory Act of Delhi · Act 10 of 1994

(1) The National Capital Territory of Delhi Finance Commission Ordinance. 1994 (Ordinance 1 of 1994) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
