(1) Any contractor authorized by any line department, local body, public authority or public or private agency to undertake any development activity in accordance with the contract, shall apply to Geo Spatial Delhi Limited online through its portal before starting any such development activity in the format prescribed in Form No.4 annexed to t~ese rules.
(2) On receiving such request form, Geo Spatial Delhi Limited shall allot unique identification number to be used by the contractor in all future references pertaining to the said contract.
(3) The contractor shall through the line department or public/private agency, as the case may be on whose behalf, the development activity is to be carried out. shall keep on updating the development activities on the portal. The contractor shall display the name of the contract, the dates of starting and completion of development activity, nature of the development activity and other relevant particulars governing the development activity.
