Section 10: Applicalion and ulilily of the geo-spalial data

(1) The Government shall, with the consultation of the company, formulate the variousgeo- spatial appliCations to use thegeo~spatial data and geo- .., .

The company shall be authorized in the like manner to revise such rates from time to ~ time. (4) It shall be the .duty of all the iine departments, local bodies, public authorities and public and private agencies, having right to aCCess to the geo-spatiar data "and the like under this Act to certify in writing every quarter of the year to the Regulatory Authority that all geo-spatial data and attribute ?ata generated as a result ?f developmental activities has been updated to that effect ' .
