The Regulatory Authority may, as and when required, appoint such officers, consultants, experts and advisors of the respe.ctlve fi~lds, incll;lding ad!TIlnlstration, infor'"Dation technology, lega!, finance and the like, \0 ,assist It to fulfil the obligations of this Act conferred upqn the Regulatory Authority, 14; Tenure of office of Regulatory Authority and its members. .The tenure of office of the Regulatory Authority and/or its members shall be determined by the Government as may be prescribed:
