Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Delhi Goods and Services Tax ( Amendment) Act, 2021 (Delhi Act 06 of 2019)Union territory Regulations of Delhi · 2017

(i) This Act may be called the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019.

(ii) Save as otherwise provided, the provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.

(iii) It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
