Section 24: Form of appeal

The Delhi Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules 2011Union territory Rules of Delhi · 2010

(1) Every appeal under the Act and these rules shall be preferred in the form set out in Schedule X, and shall be accompanied by a copy of the order appealed against.

(2) An application for appeal to Government shall be accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and for appeal to the Controller shall be accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees paid either by cash or by affixing court fee stamp for the said value, as the case may be.
