No. 4/2/2009/UD/16565.-Whereas a list of 147 Hentage Sites including H�tage Buildings, Heritage Precincts and Listed Natural Feature Areas prepared by the Chairp'erson, New Delhi Municipal Counci� on the advice of the Heritage Conservation Comttee, was · · published in the newspaper mi June 8, 2005 as a public notice inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within a perl.od of thirty days from the date of publication of the notice. And whereas copies of the said notice were made availabie to the public on 8th June, 2005. And whereas all-objections and suggestions received in respect to the above mentioned public notice have been dul.y conSidered by the Heritage Conservation Committee. And whereas out of the original list of 147 heritage buildings and precincts referred to the NDMC by the HCC, two buildings/precincts have not been found suitable for listing by the NDMC (Annexure-B) and four buildings/ precincts are being studied-and reconsidered by the NDMC (Annexure-C).
