Section 94: The applicant to be in possession of the requisite licence under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940

No licence for the manufacture of medicinal and toilet preparations or renewal of such licence shall be granted to an applicant unless he holds the requisite licence under that Act for the manufacture of the said medicinal preparations.

Comment The licence for the manufacture of medicinal and toilet preparations shall be granted only to the person who already holds a licence under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
