Section 19: Renewal of conductors licence

(1) Application for renewal of a conductor’s licence shall be made in Form, L.Con.A to the licensing authority which issued the licence from his usual place of residence to the licensing authority of the area in which he is residing. The application shall be accompanied by the conductor’s licence, valid Adult First Aid certificate issued by St.

John Ambulance Association (India) and the fee prescribed in sub-section (5) of Sec.30 of the Act.

(2)Upon receipt of an application for the renewal of a conductor’s licence, the licensing authority may after making such enquiries as it may deem necessary renew the licence.

(3)When the authority renewing the licence is not the authority which issued the licence, it shall intimate the fact of renewal to the authority which issued the licence.
