Section 63: Validity of permits issued by other region

Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993Union territory Rules of Delhi · 1988

(1) There shall be no Regional Transport Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi. There shall be only one State Transport Authority for the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

(2)The Zonal Officer (s) shall work as branch office(s) of the Transport Department performing the functions as assigned by the Commissioner.
