Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Delhi Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1962Central Act · Act 57 of 1962

(1) This Act may be called the Delhi Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1962.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Delhi.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the [Administrator] may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
