[508A. Corporation to undertake work on agency basis.---Notwithstanding anything contained in any other provision of this Act, [[the Corporation]] may on such terms and conditions as may be determined by agreement between [[the Corporation]] and any authority, body or person, carry out any work which is not connected with its functions on agency basis.]
