2. In compliance of Section 210B of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (as amended), any authority that is empowered to enforce the provision of this Act shall, if such authority commits an offence under this Act, shall be liable for twice the amount for composition as specified in column (3) of the above Schedule.
3. The amount compounded by the authorized officers shall be deposited in the “Major Head 0041, taxes on vehicles, 101-IMV (Fees & Fine)”, of the Transport Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi.
