Section 14: Appeal and procedure

The Delhi Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2009.Union territory Rules of Delhi · 2005

Every appeal under sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Act shall be preferred in Form – VII signed by the aggrieved person or his authorized advocate and presented to the Appellate Authority in person or sent to him by registered post.
