Section 43: Term of the State Commissioner

Delhi Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018Union territory Rules of Delhi · 2016

(1) The State Commissioner shall be appointed on full-time basis for a period of three years from the date of assumption of office, or till the attainment of the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier.

(2) A person may serve as State Commissioner for a maximum of two terms, subject to the upper age limit of sixty-five years.
