Section 2: Definitions

In these rules unless the context otherwise requires :-

(a) " Act" Delhi Shops & Establishments Act, 1954;

(b) "Form " means a form appended to these rules;

(c) "Section'. means a section of the Act:

(d) "Schedule" means a schedule appended to these rules;

(e) Words and expressions used in the Act and not defined in these rules shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Act
