Section 40: Admission to the place of polling

The Director shall exclude from the place of polling all persons except-f Ok

(a) the polling officer and other public servants on duty authorised in writing by him;^-f\ -" (b) elected members; and4T Q-• (c) such other officers as the Director may from time to time authorise for assisting him in^^^ taking the poll.^
