[16A. Power to convene another meeting for election of office-bearers.—If the Committee at its first meeting is unable to elect a pro tempore Chairman or a President or any other office-bearer or member of the Executive Board under sub-section (4) of section 15 or sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 16, the Director Gurdwara Elections shall summon another meeting of the Committee, being not later than fifteen days from the date of the first meeting, for the election of the pro tempore Chairman, the President or the remaining office-bearers or members of the Executive Board, as the case may be.

(2) The provisions of sections 15 and 16 shall, so far as may be, apply to the conduct of election under sub-section (1).]
