Section 20: Procedure for transaction of business of Town vending committee

(!) The Town vending committee may follow such procedure for transaction of its business as may be decided by the Chairperson in consultation with the members.

(2) Subject to the provisions of the Act and these rules and notwithstanding anything contained in the bye-laws, ordmanly the resolut!Ons passed in a meeting of a Town vending cummiUt:<: shali uc uy il sintplc majority and in case of special resolutions, hy a majority of the total members of the Town vending committee and not Jess than two-thirds of the members present and voting in the meeting.
