Section 50: Deemed validity of appointments

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law or instrument having the force of law for the time being in force, the appointments made to any post ifi the University in accordance with the Statutes and regulations shall be deemed to be valid and in accordance wM taw,

31. Overriding effect.—The provisions of this Act and the rules, Statutes and regulations made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent contained therewith in any other law or instrument having the force of law for the time being in force.
