(l) These rules may be called the Delhi Urban AI1 Commission (Terms and Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules,2005.
(2) TI1ey shall come in.lo force on the date of theirpubiication i.., th� Official Gazette.
2. In the Delhi Uroan Ar1 Commission (Terms and Conditions of Service) Ru!� 1974 in rule 4 for sub-rule (3). the following shall b� substituted, namely :- �_,,. (2) These rules may be called the Delhi Urban Arc Coimi.1ission (Terms and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2011. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. 3. In rule 5 of the said rules, for sub-rule ( 1 ), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:- "(1) The Secretary of the Commission shall draw a salary in the scale of Rs. 37400- 67000 + pay band of Rs. 8700 from 1.1.2006 onwards."
4. In rule 6 of the said rules, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituled, namely:- "(2) No appointment to a post equivalent to Group 'B' Gazetted and above in the Commission shall be made with out prior approval of the Central Goverrunent".
