Section 1: SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT

The Delhi Victims Compensation schemeUnion territory Rules of Delhi · 1974

(1) This Scheme may be called the Delhi Victims Compensation Scheme, 2018.

(2) It shall be deemed to come into force on the Second day of October, 2018.

(3) It shall apply to the victims and their dependent(s) who have suffered loss, injury, as the case may be, as a result of the offence committed and who require rehabilitation.
