Section 14: MEDICAL TREATMENT TO THE VICTIM

The Delhi Victims Compensation schemeUnion territory Rules of Delhi · 1974

In cases where the victim needs continuous or multiple medical treatments/surgical interventions, the DSLSA shall forward the case, at the earliest, to the Government of NCT of Delhi, which shall ensure free of cost treatment to the victim, from any Government Hospital, as the case may be.

The DSLSA shall follow up the matter and facilitate grant of the same to the victim.
