Section 31: Repeal and saving.

The Depositories Act, 1996Central Act · Act 22 of 1996

(1) The Depositories (Third) Ordinance, 1996 (Ord. 28 of 1996) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
