The nodal officer shall submit reports to the Central Government as required under clause (e), sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Rules in the manner prescribed below:-
(1) Based on the material available with him on record, the nodal officer shall submit a report latest by the end of November, 2018, on the working of the Collection of Statistics Act 2008 and the Collection of Statistics Rules, 2011 during the period 16th May 2011, the date of commencement of the Collection of Statistics Rules, 2011 and 31stMarch,
2018.
(2) For the financial years commencing with the year 2018-19, the nodal officer shall submit annual reports for each financial year in the format given in the Schedule to this Notification, latest by 30thSeptember of the subsequent financial year.

2. The reports of the nodal officer and the directions, if any, of the Government issued to the nodal officer on the basis of the reports submitted shall be placed in the public domain from time to time.
