Section 4: Presumption as to poisonous substances

The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945Central Rules · 1940

Any substance specified as poisonous by rule made under Chapter III or Chapter IV 6 [or Chapter IVA] shall be deemed to be a poisonous substance for the purposes of Chapter III or Chapter IV 6 [or Chapter IVA], as the case may be.
