Section 14: Insolvency and habitual indebtedness

DVC Service (Conduct) Regulations, 1955Central Regulations · 1948

An employee shall so manage his private affairs as to avoid habitual indebtedness of insolvency. An employee who becomes the subject of a legal proceeding for insolvency shall forthwith report the full facts to the Corporation.
