Section 1: Short title, commencement and application

(1) These regulations may be called tire State Commission, Union Territoiy, Chandigarh Group ‘B’ Sendee Regulations, 2004.

(2) They shall come into force at once.

(3) They shall apply to the Group ‘B’ post i.e. the post of Private Secretary in the State Commission, Union Territoiy, Chandigarh.
