(Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001 Last amended on May 08, 2019Central Regulations · 1992

(1) Every employee shall on his appointment declare his domicile in writing to the Board and if such domicile is not his place of birth he must establish the same to the satisfaction of the Competent Authority.

(2) No employee who has once indicated his domicile, shall be (2) allowed to alter the same unless he satisfies the Board that the change is bonafide and in no case may an employee be permitted to change his domicile in such a manner as to increase the cost to the Board of any such concession.
